All of our mushrooms begin as cultures in our on-site lab. We're always testing new strains and creating cultures from wild mushrooms we forage locally! They grow first on sterilized grain, and then on special substrate blends. They mature in our incubation room, and then move to one of our state of the art grow rooms where we maintain the exact environmental conditions all of our mushrooms like best. All mushrooms are quality-tested at every step of production to ensure premium quality. Bon appetit!
